An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Agricultural Solicitor to join a highly regarded Yorkshire practice, based in Malton, at the heart of one of the region’s most active rural and farming communities. This role offers exposure to a high-quality and varied agricultural caseload, advising long-standing rural clients across North Yorkshire.

The work is heavily rooted in the local landscape and client base, including working family farms, landed estates, tenant farmers, mixed arable and livestock operations, and agri-businesses. You will advise on:

  • Farm Business Tenancies
  • Agricultural Holdings Act matters
  • Grazing licences
  • Agricultural property transactions
  • Development agreements (including options, easements and overage)
  • Lender security and funding arrangements
