A highly regarded North London based law firm is looking to strengthen its Residential Real Estate team with the appointment of an enthusiastic, confident and self motivated Solicitor. This is a great opportunity to join a firm that combines high quality legal work with a genuinely modern approach to its people and culture.
BCorp certified, the firm places its people at the heart of what it does and has created a working environment that is ambitious, collaborative, flexible and refreshingly different.
The Role
You will deal with a varied residential property caseload, managing matters with a high degree of autonomy and providing a consistently excellent level of client service. Your work will include:

Experience of new build conveyancing would be advantageous but is not essential. Excellent IT skills are essential, as is the ability to work confidently and efficiently in a modern, technology focused environment.
About You
We are looking for a Solicitor with circa 3 years’ PQE and solid experience within Residential Real Estate. You will ideally be:

- Experienced across sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Enthusiastic, proactive and self motivated
- Client focused with excellent communication skills
- Commercially minded with an interest in business development
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Technologically confident with excellent IT skills
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team environment
Why Join?
This is not your typical traditional law firm environment. The firm is progressive, innovative and B Corp certified, with a genuine commitment to creating a workplace where people can achieve their ambitions while enjoying the process. The culture is friendly, inclusive, demanding and flexible, with a leadership team that takes a collaborative and firm wide approach. People are genuinely at the heart of the business, and the firm believes in recognising and celebrating success, whether that is winning a case, completing a major transaction or simply achieving something worth celebrating as a team.
The Package
Alongside a genuinely flexible working environment, the firm offers:
- Annual bonus scheme recognising exceptional performance and contribution
