Post Completions Assistant role in central London. Salary around £36K -£38k (but this is not set in stone).
My Client is seeking an experienced Post Completion Assistant to join their busy and well established Secured Lending team. Working closely with fee earners and the wider secured lending team, you will be responsible for managing all post completion formalities on property matters.
You will ensure that transactions are finalised promptly, accurately and in accordance with Land Registry requirements and lender expectations. You will deal with all post completion work on freehold and leasehold transactions and submit applications to the Land Registry and handle SDLT submissions, ensuring compliance with HMRC deadlines.
You must have a minimum of 12 months previous experience in a post completion role within a UK solicitors’ firm and a good understanding of Land Registry processes, SDLT and post completion requirements.
