A highly regarded and forward-thinking law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor to join its established and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with at least 5 years PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career, with a clear pathway towards partnership and the opportunity to eventually lead the department.
Responsibilities
- Advising a broad range of owner-managed businesses and SMEs on company commercial matters, including company law, commercial contracts and corporate transactions.
- Providing expertise in corporate finance matters and working closely with commercial real-estate clients.
- Leading business-development initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, and networking within your professional network.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years PQE as a commercial solicitor.
- Strong technical background in company law and commercial contracts.
- Commercially minded with a passion for delivering exceptional client experience.
- Attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond for clients and colleagues.
- Experience and interest in business development, networking and relationship building, ideally with an existing following or referrer network.
