Commercial Property Solicitor 1-3 years PQE in London

This Legal 500 London law firm is now seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team.

Responsibilities

• You will work across a broad range of Commercial Property matters to include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters (leases, licences, deed of variation etc), property finance and day-to-day management work.
• You will work directly with partners and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to complex and varied work, and be expected to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• You should be around 1-3 years PQE and have a strong commercial property background across drafting and negotiating sale contracts, transfers, agreements for lease, leases, deeds of variation, rectification and surrender and licences to assign, sublet and alter and associated property documentation.
• You should be competent at investigating title and producing reports on title, raising enquiries and drafting replies to enquiries as well as carrying out property searches and reporting on search results and providing corporate support on the sale/purchase of companies.
