What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions

- Supporting end-to-end project delivery including testing, change control, and implementation
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure scalable and robust solutions
- Supporting transformation initiatives and technology-enabled client services

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience with business process mapping, wireframing, and requirements tracking
- Knowledge of integrated systems and data flows across complex environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Visio skills
- Basic SQL and data mapping experience
Desirable Experience:
- Legal or professional services sector experience
- Exposure to APIs, Power BI, QA testing, or Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience working on data-focused projects
