The Role

  • Working on a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, director and shareholder issues, professional negligence and injunctions.
  • Advising clients clearly and confidently, ensuring their objectives are met while maintaining strong service standards.
  • Managing all aspects of client relationships, from instruction to billing.
  • Preparing, reviewing and drafting legal documents for hearings and substantive matters.
  • Developing litigation strategies in collaboration with senior colleagues.
  • Ensuring full compliance with file management processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Handling cases proactively from start to finish, providing clear updates to senior team members.
  • Supporting the wider dispute resolution team and contributing to its ongoing growth.
