We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy and highly regarded Tax & Trusts (Private Client) team based in York. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and dynamic team, working on a broad range of high-quality matters including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning, and trusts.
The Role
- Supporting fee earners with Tax & Trusts / Private Client work
- Managing file opening and client onboarding processes
- Handling client correspondence and internal administration
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Assisting with general office and team support tasks
About You
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Tax & Trusts
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
