We're looking for an experienced Personal Injury Legal Secretary to join a friendly, supportive and forward-thinking legal team. If you have at least two years' experience working within a Personal Injury department at a UK solicitors' practice, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional client service and administrative support, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

Working alongside experienced Personal Injury Fee Earners, you'll play a key role in ensuring clients receive an outstanding service from instruction through to the conclusion of their claim.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audio and copy typing of legal correspondence and documents
  • Preparing court forms and legal documentation
  • Managing diaries and arranging appointments
  • Liaising with clients, medical experts, insurers and third parties
  • Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence
  • Opening and closing client files
  • Maintaining accurate case management records
  • Providing general administrative and secretarial support to the Personal Injury team

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary within a Personal Injury department at a UK solicitors' practice
  • Excellent audio typing and document production skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
  • A proactive, positive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
