A well-established Yorkshire practice is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing Leeds office.

You’ll manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters (desirable but not essential)
The firm is looking for someone who can work independently while delivering an exceptional service to clients and estate agent contacts alike.
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
