Family Legal Secretary – Leeds. Full-time, Permanent.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Family Legal Secretary to join our highly regarded Family Team in Leeds. This is a great opportunity to support a busy and successful team advising on all aspects of family law.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing correspondence using digital dictation
- Document production and formatting (track changes, styles, cross-referencing)
- Opening new client matters and maintaining the case management system
- Preparing court bundles and associated documentation
- Proofreading correspondence and legal documents
- Diary management, travel arrangements, and general administration
- Liaising professionally with clients and assisting with internal/external events
About You
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Family Law (other fast-paced legal backgrounds considered)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable supporting multiple fee earners to tight deadlines
- A collaborative team player who remains calm under pressure
