Are you an Employment Solicitor looking to join a well-established, highly regarded Yorkshire firm where you can build a long‑term career and make a genuine impact?

I'm working with a longstanding West Yorkshire practice who are looking to strengthen their Employment team with the appointment of an experienced Employment Fee Earner.

The firm is genuinely flexible on level, considering candidates from around 18 months' PQE right through to Partner level, making this an excellent opportunity whether you're looking to take the next step in your career or bring your experience to a firm that values long‑term commitment.

The team has welcomed several junior lawyers in recent years who are thriving, and they're now looking for someone who can hit the ground running, manage their own caseload with minimal supervision and become a key part of the department's continued success.

The role has a strong focus on employment litigation, including Employment Tribunal work, alongside advising predominantly employer clients on a broad range of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters.

There will also be opportunities to become involved in specialist work, including sports employment matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys running high‑quality work independently while also playing a part in supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team.

For the right individual, they can establish themselves as a key figure within the department and play an important role in its future.

While the preferred office locations are

Leeds or Wakefield , the firm is happy to be flexible for the right candidate.

If you're an experienced, self‑sufficient employment lawyer who can work independently, opportunities are available across the firm's West Yorkshire office network.

In return you'll receive

  • Genuine flexibility on seniority, from approximately 18 months' PQE through to Partner level.
  • Flexible office location across West Yorkshire for the right candidate.
  • The opportunity to join one of Yorkshire's most respected regional law firms.
  • High‑quality employer work with a varied client base, including specialist sports employment matters.
  • A supportive, collaborative team with genuine long‑term career prospects.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience.
