Full-time: 35 hours per week
About the Role
This is a strategic and hands-on role within a People & Culture team, responsible for building a modern, high-impact learning function. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to identify capability needs, design innovative learning solutions, and create clear development pathways across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a firmwide L&D strategy aligned to business goals
- Build career pathways and competency frameworks across teams
- Partner with leadership to identify current and future skills needs
- Design and deliver engaging learning solutions (workshops, coaching, digital learning)
- Lead leadership and management development programmes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional development requirements
- Oversee early careers programmes (trainees, apprentices, work experience)
- Manage and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Use data and insights to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
About You
- Proven experience in a senior L&D role within professional services or a regulated environment
- Strong understanding of career development frameworks and regulatory training requirements
- Skilled in designing and delivering impactful learning programmes
- Confident coaching and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Experience using learning technologies and data analytics
- CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent) desirable
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
