QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Solicitor to join our well‑respected client in Colchester, Essex.
Responsibilities
Manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 3 years PQE, providing case handling for residential conveyancing transactions.
- Sales
- Purchase
- Leaseholds
- Freeholds
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
Qualifications
Relevant experience in residential conveyancing, particularly within the above transaction types.
Case handling experience in residential conveyancing is required.
Preference will be given to candidates with approximately 3 years PQE.
