The Role
As Continuous Improvement Lead, you will
- Lead continuous improvement and operational change projects from initial concept through to successful implementation.
- Review existing business processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, streamline and improve efficiency across legal and business support functions.
- Partner with teams throughout the firm to understand challenges and develop practical, sustainable solutions.
- Champion innovation and help colleagues maximise the use of existing and emerging technologies.
- Work alongside the ICT team to evaluate new systems, support testing and assist with successful implementation.
- Improve the collection, analysis and reporting of operational data to support informed business decisions.
- Ensure improvements are commercially focused, sustainable and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, encouraging engagement and successful adoption of change.
