This could be a great opportunity for a lawyer with 3+ years’ PQE who wants hands-on exposure across data protection, AML, regulatory compliance and wider firmwide risk.
You’ll join a supportive team and play a key role in helping strengthen the firm’s risk and compliance framework.
What will you be doing?
- Handling day-to-day data protection matters, including SARs and potential data breaches
- Supporting the DPO with GDPR and wider data protection queries
- Conducting AML and KYC checks as part of client onboarding
- Supporting ongoing AML compliance
- Contributing to firmwide risk and compliance projects
- Responding to risk queries and providing practical guidance
- Assisting with professional negligence claims
- Supporting client complaint responses
- Drafting and updating policies and procedures
- Carrying out file audits and compliance reviews
