A highly regarded law firm in Eastbourne is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Legal Assistant to join their growing team. The Role

  • As a key member of the Commercial Property department, you will support fee-earners with a varied and interesting caseload, including:
  • Assisting with commercial leases, sales, purchases, refinancing, and landlord/tenant matters
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
  • Conducting searches, managing Land Registry applications, and handling post-completion work
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, and third parties
  • Maintaining accurate case management and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
