We’re working with a friendly and well-established firm in Gravesend who are looking for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who already knows the Private Client world and enjoys being a key support to fee earners in a busy but supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Audio/copy typing and general secretarial support
  • Managing files from opening through to closure
  • Diary management and arranging appointments
  • Speaking with clients and third parties in a professional, friendly way
  • Handling correspondence, emails and general admin
  • Supporting with billing and basic finance admin where needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience as a Legal Secretary in Private Client
  • Comfortable with Wills, Probate and LPAs
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Organised, calm and able to juggle a busy workload
  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with clients
