Due to ongoing success they have an immediate opportunity for a highly diligent, proactive Real Estate Paralegal to provide support to the specialist team.
The team is small, close knit and they are very inclusive, meaning you are never out of the loop with regards to transactions and clients and will play a key part in ensuring clients continue to receive exceptional service.
There’s a broad range of work and you will assist with matters such as title registration, settlement work in general but also have autonomy to successfully manage lease work for their landlord tenants who have large scale retail or office developments. If you have refinancing experience I am very keen to speak with you too.
You must be highly organised, be responsive and be willing to assist the team wherever necessary.
