This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading legal heavyweight who enjoy an excellent reputation and who work with an impressive client base which includes housebuilders, government bodies and financial institutions. You’ll be joining a highly successful team led by a Partner who is an expert in the field.
Your focus will be to assist with transactions relating to telecoms work and will involve dealing with landlord/tenant asset management work, including drafting and negotiating lease documents and managing client reporting. You will bring exceptional communication and organisational skills and you’ll be confident dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Ideally you shall have previous experience of working within commercial property, and be commercially aware. You’ll be given the opportunity to develop your skills and experience and the potential for career growth is there for the taking.
