You will work directly with a respected Employment Partner and gain ownership of your files from day one, handling both advisory and contentious matters.
Expect to advise employers and senior executives on Tribunal claims, discrimination, TUPE, restructures and investigations, with strong mentoring and a flexible hybrid working setup to support your development and career progression.
