From the outset, you will be involved in managing cases through the litigation process, dealing with liability disputes, drafting and raising court actions, and progressing matters through the Sheriff Court. You will also have the opportunity to participate in settlement negotiations and regularly appear at court hearings, including case management hearings, options hearings and proofs.
