We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Co-ordinator to join our law firm HR team. Supporting the HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service to Partners and employees, helping to support the firm’s growth and the ongoing development of our people. This is a varied, hands-on role within a professional legal environment, offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and onboarding, including agency liaison, job adverts, interviews and inductions
  • Graduate, trainee solicitor and PEAT 2 training support
  • Employee relations support, including absence management and flexible working
  • Performance review and reward cycle coordination
  • Benefits administration and payroll support
  • HR policy development and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
  • HR reporting, projects, committees and general HR administration

About You

  • Previous experience at HR Co-ordinator level, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive
  • Confident using HR systems, Excel and HR data to support business priorities
  • Positive, solutions-focused and self-motivated
  • A relevant HR qualification is desirable
