An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Front of House Property Sales Advisor to join a well-established Residential Property team based in Morningside, Edinburgh. This is a client‑facing role within a busy and professional property environment, ideal for someone with previous experience in estate agency or residential property sales who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. You will be the first point of contact for clients and enquiries, helping to convert interest into property instructions, supporting the wider Estate Agency team, and ensuring clients receive a high standard of care throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming enquiries via phone, email and walk‑ins
  • Identifying opportunities to convert enquiries into instructions
  • Booking appointments and viewings
  • Providing administrative and coordination support to the Residential Property team
  • Supporting marketing activity and maintaining accurate records
  • Delivering a welcoming and professional front‑of‑house experience

About You

  • Previous experience within a property services or estate agency environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Proactive, organised and able to manage a varied workload
  • Strong team player with a positive and professional approach
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of BDP and the Edinburgh property market would be advantageous
