A well-established and growing law firm in West London is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to lead and develop its finance function. This is an excellent opportunity for either an existing Finance Manager within legal services or a Senior Legal Cashier ready to step into a broader leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily legal accounting and cashiering operations
- Ensuring full compliance with Solicitors Accounting Rules
- Managing client and office accounts
- Supervising and developing finance staff
- Handling reconciliations, reporting, billing and financial controls
- Liaising with Partners and external accountants where required
- Supporting ongoing finance process improvements
Requirements
- Strong experience within a law firm finance function
- Excellent working knowledge of Solicitors Accounting Rules
- Experience as either a Finance Manager, Legal Accounts Manager or Senior Legal Cashier
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
