Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied private client caseload, including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Probate matters, from initial instruction through to completion.
- Handling new client enquiries, supporting other fee earners within the department, and taking responsibility for cost drafting, billing and general file management while maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge.
The Ideal Candidate
- Providing a high standard of professional and friendly client care, working accurately and efficiently in line with established procedures.
- Communicating complex legal issues clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally, and demonstrating strong organisational skills, attention to detail and confident IT ability.
- Managing competing deadlines, working well under pressure, and operating both independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible, proactive approach is required, with willingness to travel to nearby offices when needed.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
