We are exclusively assisting a West Midlands firm in growing their conveyancing team. With multiple offices across the region, the firm is looking to bring on several fee earners during an exciting period of growth. Anyone joining the team will receive full support to settle in and thrive, with opportunities to develop within a busy, expanding practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Ensure files are progressed efficiently and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Meet individual fee and performance targets
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Organised, proactive, and deadline-driven
- Qualified and non-qualified fee earners will be considered, based on experience.
