We are looking for an organised and proactive Legal Assistant / Secretary to join our friendly and supportive team in Evesham. This is a varied role providing support across both our Conveyancing and Private Client departments, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse workload and working closely with clients and fee earners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to solicitors and fee earners
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • Audio and copy typing
  • Managing diaries, appointments and client communications

  • General office administration duties

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
