The Role
- Join a nationally recognised Employment Team, ranked Band 1 by Chambers & Partners and recognised as a Leader in the Field by Chambers and The Legal 500.
- Work on a wide variety of employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance cases, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy, restructures, and strategic advice to senior management and boards.
- Participate in secondments with longstanding clients, providing hands‑on experience and internal HR training opportunities.
- Collaborate in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment with a corporate‑level service delivered with a personal touch.
- Take a holistic approach to client work, contributing to both advisory and strategic projects.
You
- 1‑3 PQE with relevant employment law experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of clients’ industries and business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cases efficiently, meet client expectations, and maintain high‑quality service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a self‑starter who works well in a team.
- Confident with IT systems, case management tools, and Microsoft Office packages.
