The Role

  • Join a highly regarded Tier 1 Employment team based in Birmingham.
  • Advise a diverse portfolio of education and corporate sector clients.
  • Handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Work on complex Employment Tribunal matters alongside strategic advisory work.
  • Advise on interesting and evolving areas of employment law, including equality, discrimination and freedom of speech issues.
  • Deliver client training sessions, seminars and legal updates.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to strengthening client relationships.
  • Develop sector expertise with the support of experienced specialists.
