Employment Solicitor (NQ – 3 PQE) – Colchester, Essex – £45,000–£55,000
QED Legal is working with a highly regarded regional firm seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their Colchester office. This opportunity is ideal for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or those with up to 3 years’ PQE looking to develop their career within a supportive, structured, and ambitious employment team.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Work will include advising on employee relations, discrimination, contracts of employment, TUPE, and defending complex employment tribunal claims. Clients span multiple sectors including finance, recruitment, energy, education, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.
