Overview This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded and supportive team where you'll enjoy a broad and varied caseload of contentious matters, advising both commercial clients and private individuals.

No two days will be the same.

You'll manage your own caseload covering a wide range of commercial disputes and litigation matters, with the opportunity to undertake advocacy where appropriate, whilst also advising clients on alternative dispute resolution.

This is a role that will allow you to build strong client relationships, provide pragmatic, commercial advice and genuinely make a difference to your clients.

Responsibilities Manage your own caseload covering a wide range of commercial disputes and litigation matters.

Qualifications / Skills Experience in commercial dispute resolution and litigation with a strong understanding of litigation principles.

Commercially minded with the ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly and practically.

Highly organised, analytical and proactive with excellent communication skills and an interest in building client relationships and pursuing business development opportunities.
