The Role Manage a broad residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and related matters.

Assist with mentoring and technical support for junior team members where appropriate.
Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Residential Property department.

You Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner.
Ideally 5+ years’ experience within Residential Conveyancing.
Confident managing your own caseload independently.

Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a busy environment.
