QED Legal are keen to speak with Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Property Litigation Solicitor to join our highly-reputable law firm based in Hertford, Hertfordshire.
The ideal candidate we are seeking is a Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years of experience in General Litigation. Our client is seeking someone with natural drive and passion for contentious and non-contentious property work, and experience in handling a varied workload.
Your caseload would consist of:
- Contractual disputes
- Debt recovery
- Intellectual property disputes
- LLP disputes
- Shareholder disputes
- Corporate insolvency
- Business mediation and arbitration
- Commercial property disputes
