QED Legal are keen to speak with a Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Property Litigation Solicitor to join our highly‑reputable law firm based in Hertford, Hertfordshire.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in general litigation, or strong property litigation background
  • Natural drive and passion for contentious and non‑contentious property work
  • Experience handling a varied workload and managing multiple cases concurrently

Responsibilities

  • Handle property litigation matters, including landlord‑and‑tenant disputes, breach of lease claims, rent arrears and service charge disputes
  • Represent clients in court and at mediation sessions, attending hearings as required
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process
  • Stay current on relevant property and litigation law developments
