The Role:

  • Supporting fee earners across all areas of Private Client work, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Assisting with the preparation, organisation and progression of probate and estate administration files.
  • Liaising professionally and sensitively with clients, beneficiaries and third parties.
  • Preparing documentation, drafting correspondence and maintaining accurate file notes.
  • Receiving training and supervision to develop skills in drafting Wills and LPAs.
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks such as diary organisation, file management and maintaining clear records.

You:

  • Well organised with strong attention to detail.
