The Role
Working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will advise on a broad range of corporate matters including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Company restructures and reorganisations
- Shareholder agreements
- Joint ventures
- Corporate governance
- Share and asset sales and purchases
- Private equity and investment transactions
- General company law advice
You will have the opportunity to manage your own matters while supporting on larger and more complex transactions, developing your technical expertise and building strong, long term client relationships.
