An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established, highly regarded law firm in Altrincham.

You’ll be working alongside an experienced team of conveyancers and solicitors, supporting them on a wide range of transactions. This role is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in conveyancing and wants to work for a firm that offers ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
  • Preparing documentation and drafting contracts
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors
  • Conducting searches, ID checks, and compliance work
  • Supporting fee earners with caseload management through to post-completion

Requirements

  • At least 12 months’ experience working in residential conveyancing (as a Paralegal or Assistant)
  • Good understanding of sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
