With multiple offices across the region, the firm is looking to bring on several fee earners during an exciting period of growth. - Manage a full conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Ensure files are progressed efficiently and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Meet individual fee and performance targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Organised, proactive, and deadline-driven
Qualified and non-qualified fee earners will be considered, based on experience.
