A fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a small but great firm in Altrincham. The firms’ clients are local, wealthy individuals and the conveyancing is exclusively done on high value properties.
There is great scope for progression in this role as there are multiple members of the senior team considering retirement in the not-too-distant future.
Requirements:
- It is not essential but would be a benefit if you are qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive.
- At least 3+ years’ experience managing a property portfolio of cases from inception to completion.
- Experience in all varieties and levels of title complexity is essential.
- You must be able to competently manage a full caseload of conveyancing matters.
