Conveyancer (Remote / Flexible Hours, Low Caseload)

OverviewExperienced Conveyancer wanted for a fully flexible role – work from home, part-time or full-time. Handle varied residential conveyancing cases with a low-pressure caseload and a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Progress residential conveyancing cases, including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, Shared Ownership or New Builds.

Pick up live files from other conveyancers, stepping in at any stage of the conveyancing process.

Review search reports, respond to enquiries, and ensure smooth file progression.

Work with a supportive team in a laid-back but efficient environment.

Typically handle no more than 40 cases at a time, supported by a shared case management spreadsheet for smooth handovers.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 3–5 years\’ residential conveyancing experience (Solicitor, CLC, CILEX or experienced unqualified conveyancer).

Comfortable handling all stages of Freehold and Leasehold transactions.

Confident working independently and adapting to different case files.

Strong attention to detail and ability to progress cases efficiently.
