You don't need to arrive as a finished article.
If you've got good commercial experience and an interest in technology, IP or data, they can build on that.
The team is busy, established and supportive, and the quality of work is excellent.
For someone around the 2-4 PQE mark, it's a very good platform to become a properly rounded commercial lawyer.
