You will join a busy and well-respected commercial property team acting for a varied client base across the hospitality, leisure, and wider commercial sectors. Responsibilities
- Assisting with acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and associated documentation
- Supporting portfolio management transactions
- Assisting with secured lending and property finance work
- Providing general commercial property support across a varied client base
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
