This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with solid Commercial Property experience to join a collaborative department handling a varied, high-quality caseload for an impressive client base.
The Role:
- Join a respected Commercial Property team within a wider Business Legal Services department
- Work with a diverse client base including national manufacturers and distributors, commercial lenders, pension providers, housing associations, commercial landlords and tenants, SME developers and charities
- Handle a broad range of Commercial Property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and secured lending
- Contribute to the continued growth of the team through networking and business development activities
