A well-regarded national law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with solid Commercial Property experience to join a collaborative department handling a varied, high-quality caseload for an impressive client base.

The Role:

  • Join a respected Commercial Property team within a wider Business Legal Services department
  • Work with a diverse client base including national manufacturers and distributors, commercial lenders, pension providers, housing associations, commercial landlords and tenants, SME developers and charities
  • Handle a broad range of Commercial Property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and secured lending
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the team through networking and business development activities

  • Strong technical knowledge combined with a commercial and pragmatic approach
  • Interest in business development and building professional networks
