Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new role? One of my well established clients is looking for a Solicitor to join their busy Commercial Property team. My client is a highly regarded regional firm offering great quality work alongside long term training and progression opportunities. This role is for someone who has a minimum of 1PQE and is looking for that next step in their career.
The work you would be dealing with includes:
- Freehold & leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- The grant, renewal and termination of leases and related matters
- Secured lending
- Sale and purchase contracts
- Auctions
