A well-established and well-regarded Cheltenham law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Litigator to join its thriving Dispute Resolution team. The firm seeks a commercially astute solicitor with broad experience across matters such as contractual and commercial disputes, property litigation, professional negligence, contentious probate, and debt recovery.

What the Firm Expects:

  • Minimum 3 years’ PQE
  • Demonstrable ability to handle a busy, varied litigation caseload independently
  • Strong grounding in the full litigation lifecycle, including pre-action work, pleadings, disclosure, ADR, and trial preparation
  • Providing strategic advice to a varied client base, including companies, trusts, charities, and private individuals
  • Managing cases from first instruction through to final resolution, shaping litigation strategy and guiding clients at every stage
  • Liaising with and instructing counsel where appropriate
  • Advocating for clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement discussions
