This is a focused litigation role within a growing specialist team dealing with military injury claims including hearing loss (NIHL), industrial disease, serious injury and wider service‑related personal injury matters. The firm is continuing to expand and is now seeking a qualified Personal Injury Solicitor (2+ PQE) with solid experience in litigation to join the team.
You will take responsibility for your own caseload and handle a mix of EL/PL, industrial disease, serious injury and personal injury matters, with full support and training provided to develop expertise in the military claims specialism. This is a remote / hybrid role, offering flexibility alongside structured supervision and development. Candidates will be expected to attend the office during initial training or onboarding periods where required, particularly where transitioning into the specialist area.
Qualifications- Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales
- Minimum 2+ years’ PQE in Personal Injury, EL/PL, Industrial Disease or Civil Litigation
- Experience managing your own caseload from instruction to settlement
- Strong technical knowledge of liability, causation, quantum and litigation procedure
- Experience handling Personal Injury claims, EL/PL claims, Industrial Disease claims or Serious Injury cases
- Ability to review and interpret medical evidence, expert reports and witness statements
- Strong client care skills, particularly in sensitive or complex claimant matters
- A clear interest in developing a long‑term specialism in military claims litigation
