We are currently instructed on a senior opportunity within a highly regarded national Legal 500 firm, for an experienced Employment Solicitor seeking to step into a Senior Associate position within a well‑established and growing team in Bristol. This is a role positioned within a practice known for its strength in advising public sector bodies, healthcare organisations, and large institutional clients, offering a breadth of contentious and non‑contentious employment, both technically demanding and commercially significant.
The Role: You will join a collaborative and well‑resourced employment team, advising on a wide range of matters including:
- Complex employee relations issues and strategic HR advisory work
- Employment tribunal litigation, often involving high‑value and reputationally sensitive claims
- Restructuring, redundancy and organisational change projects
- Discrimination, whistleblowing and senior exits
- Policy development and governance within regulated environments
There is also the opportunity to contribute to client relationship management, training delivery, and business development, working closely with longstanding clients across the public and independent sectors.
