Senior Associate – Conveyancer – Buy-to-Let – Up to £65,000 + Bonus – 3 Days WFH – Bristol

An established specialist property law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its highly regarded Buy-to-Let team in Bristol.

This appointment is strategically important for the firm and offers an excellent opportunity for a talented property lawyer to play a key role in the continued growth and development of a successful, specialist practice.

Working with an impressive institutional client base, including leading banks, building societies and other property-sector organisations, the firm has developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, commercially focused legal services.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value, complex Buy-to-Let matters within a collaborative environment where experienced lawyers are trusted, valued and given genuine scope to progress.

This position goes beyond a traditional fee‑earning conveyancing role.

The successful candidate will become a key member of the team, contributing to strategic initiatives, improving processes, supporting continued growth and developing strong client relationships.

For the right individual there is a clear and credible pathway toward Director level and ultimately Partnership.

The Role

  • Manage a varied caseload of Buy-to-Let conveyancing matters for major institutional clients, including banks and building societies.
  • Deliver high-quality legal advice while maintaining strong commercial relationships with key clients.
  • Support the continued development and growth of the Buy-to-Let team.
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to systems, processes and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Head of Buy-to-Let and play a visible role in the future direction of the practice.

The Opportunity

  • Competitive salary of £50,000–£65,000, depending on experience.
  • Attractive bonus structure, including a 10% share of fees generated above realistic and pre‑agreed billing targets.

  • Experience managing a high-quality caseload with a focus on client service and commercial outcomes.
